Mosaic North America is seeking a Starlink Campus Sales Representative to connect households with Starlink internet in assigned field territories. You will earn hourly base pay plus $200 per qualified activation, with a flexible schedule around classes and events.

Responsibilities include door-to-door outreach, community events, and referrals, while tracking activations and hours using the field app. Prior sales experience is not required, and you will receive training and coaching.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an eligible college or university.
• Available to work 15–25 hours per week including some evenings and weekends.
• Coachable, self-motivated, able to handle rejection.
• Ability to work independently and manage own schedule.
• Willing to travel in rural/suburban territories.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, smartphone.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Own an assigned field territory and plan routes using broadband data and tools.
• Engage customers through direct door-to-door selling, events, referrals, and partnerships.
• Explain Starlink offerings and assess fit for customers' internet needs.
• Guide interested customers to place orders using referral codes (no payments collected).
• Record hours, mileage, customer interactions, and activations; participate in manager check-ins.
