Job summary

Mosaic North America is seeking a Starlink Campus Sales Representative to own an assigned field territory, connecting households with Starlink information and driving activations. This part-time role pays hourly base pay plus $200 for each qualified activation and fits around class schedules.

You will learn field sales tactics, perform door-to-door outreach, participate in campus events, and track activities. Prior sales experience is not required, and a driver’s license is necessary.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an eligible college or university.
• Available 15–25 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends.
• Be coachable and self-motivated.
• Have a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Be at least 18 and authorized to work in the United States.
• Prior sales experience is not required; related experiences are helpful.

Responsibilities

• Own an assigned territory and plan routes to reach sales goals.
• Engage prospective customers through direct door-to-door selling and events.
• Explain Starlink offerings and help customers determine fit.
• Guide interested customers to place orders using referral codes.
• Record hours, mileage, interactions, and activations; participate in manager check-ins.
