Job summary

Mosaic North America is seeking a Starlink Campus Sales Representative to cover an assigned field territory, helping households connect to Starlink internet while gaining hands-on field sales experience.

This part-time W-2 role offers hourly base pay plus $200 for each qualified activation, with evenings and weekends required; training provided and flexible around class schedules. You will build experience in territory management, customer acquisition, and business development.

Qualifications

• Be enrolled in an eligible college, university, or educational program.
• Be available 15 to 25 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends.
• Be coachable, self-motivated, comfortable meeting new people, and resilient when facing rejection.
• Work independently, manage your schedule, stay connected with the sales team, and follow through on commitments.
• Have a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and smartphone.
• Be at least 18 and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own an assigned territory and plan routes to hit sales goals.
• Engage prospective customers through door-to-door selling and events.
• Explain Starlink offerings and help customers determine suitability.
• Guide customers to place orders using referral code; no payments collected.
• Record hours, mileage, and activations; participate in manager check-ins.
