Job summary

Mosaic North America is hiring a Starlink Campus Sales Representative to support the SpaceX Starlink Customer Acquisition Program. This part-time role owns an assigned field territory, engages households in rural and suburban communities, and builds local awareness and referrals.

You’ll earn hourly base pay plus $200 for each qualified activation, with some evenings and weekends required. The position focuses on field sales, customer acquisition, and territory management, offering flexible

Qualifications

• Be enrolled in an eligible college, university, or educational program.
• Be available 15 to 25 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends.
• Be coachable, self-motivated, comfortable meeting new people, and resilient when facing rejection.
• Work independently, manage your schedule, stay connected with the sales team, and follow through on commitments.
• Be willing to conduct direct neighborhood and community outreach and travel throughout rural and suburban areas in your territory.
• Have a valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and smartphone.
• Be at least 18 and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own an assigned territory and plan routes to meet sales goals.
• Engage prospective customers through direct door-to-door selling and events.
• Explain Starlink services, answer questions, and determine fit for customers.
• Guide interested customers to place orders using your referral code.
• Record hours, mileage, and activations, and participate in regular manager check-ins.
