Mosaic is seeking a Starlink Campus Sales Representative to own an assigned field territory and engage households in rural and suburban areas with information about Starlink internet service.

The role is part-time (15–25 hours/week) with evenings and weekends required, offering hourly base pay plus $200 for each qualified activation and ongoing coaching and training. This position supports the SpaceX Starlink Customer Acquisition Program and provides hands-on field sales experience.

Qualifications

• Be enrolled in an eligible college or university.
• Available to work 15–25 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends.
• Be coachable, self-motivated, and able to meet new people.
• Work independently with a reliable schedule and follow through.
• Have a valid driver’s license, a personal vehicle, and a smartphone.
• Be at least 18 and authorized to work in the United States.
• Prior sales experience is not required; service/leadership experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Own an assigned territory, plan routes, manage time, and track progress toward sales goals.
• Engage prospective customers through door-to-door selling, events, referrals, and partnerships.
• Explain Starlink offerings and help customers determine fit.
• Guide customers to place orders using your referral code; no payments collected.
• Record hours, mileage, and activations; participate in regular manager check-ins.
