Job summary

Berklee College of Music is seeking student employees to help staff over 2000 events annually on campus. Applicants must be current Berklee students enrolled at least half-time, with a minimum 2.0 GPA, and must maintain valid U.S. visa status if applicable.

Responsibilities include coordinating with staff, faculty, and performers; monitoring communications and schedules; and staying organized in a dynamic event environment. The role is on campus with an hourly rate of $16.97.

Qualifications

• Must be current Berklee student enrolled at least half-time in a degree, diploma or certificate program.
• GPA minimum 2.0; SSN required; valid US visa status where applicable.
• Availability to staff 8am–midnight on multiple weekdays; able to balance academics and events.
• Experience in live audio, lighting or stagecraft preferred but not required with other qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Staff 2000+ events per year across campus; coordinate with managers and bands.
• Interact with Berklee faculty, staff, students, and performers; respond promptly to communications.
• Stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced live event environment; manage schedules and safety.
