Berklee College of Music seeks a Berklee Presents Production & Digital Media Assistant—an energetic student employee to support event production logistics and amplify concert content.

The role involves rehearsals, backstage support, media capture and editing, and coordinating with staff to deliver engaging social campaigns. Flexible hours include evenings and weekends, with remote pre-production tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Current Berklee student or Boston Conservatory student in good standing.
• Enrolled at least half-time in a degree, diploma, or certificate program; summer enrollment allowed with pre-registration for fall.
• Must have a valid US SSN and maintain valid visa status where applicable.
• Minimum 2.0 GPA; first semester students may work without GPA.
• Preference for Federal Work-Study participants.
• Ability to work with diverse groups and be part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support Berklee Presents production team with schedules, set-ups, and run-of-show tasks.
• Provide backstage support and cast coordination during rehearsals and shows.
• Cover the Berklee Presents Production Assistant role when needed.
• Coordinate with performers, staff, and venue to ensure smooth events.
• Send updates and notes to cast and team; track cast availability in Google Drive.
• Distribute scripts and scores; ensure correct versions are used.
• Assist with distribution of rehearsal notes and media assets.
• Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging through work with ensembles.
• May work irregular hours including evenings and weekends around performances.
• Handle pre-production administrative tasks remotely as needed.
