Qualifications

• Interest in learning professional stage management practices
• Reads music (preferred)
• CPR/First aid certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Attend all rehearsals, technical rehearsals, and performances.
• Collaborate with Director to create and distribute a daily rehearsal schedule.
• Collaborate with Playwright to format and distribute script changes, if applicable.
• Lead the team in daily set-up and reset of rehearsal studio.
• Create and maintain clear paperwork for production, including props/scenery tracking, entrances/exits, quick change information, and other paperwork deemed necessary by creative collaborators.
• During rehearsal: Assist in supervising student cast and crew members; arrive 30 minutes prior to rehearsal start time and stay 15 minutes after it ends.
• Assists in organizing paperwork including props/scenery tracking, entrances/exits, quick change information, and other paperwork deemed necessary by creative collaborators.
• During the tech and performance for main stage shows: Assist in training the student crew; this includes helping them learn the show, assigning tasks, and maintaining proper backstage etiquette.
• Assists with creation of and distributes all props tracking/backstage run sheets as requested.
• Assists with strike after the final performance.
• Other duties as needed or required by the production.
