Job summary

Texas Wesleyan University is seeking student employees to assist the Athletic Department with game day operations, practice supervision, and facility maintenance. The roles support 21 athletic teams on campus and offer flexible hours that vary by team and season.

Applicants must be current Texas Wesleyan University students and will perform duties assigned by the Athletic Director and coaching staff. No prior experience is required, and the positions align with Federal Work Study funding where

Qualifications

Must be a current Texas Wesleyan University student.
No prior experience required.
Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under supervision and follow directions.
Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Run errands across campus for athletic department personnel.
Assist with the set-up and take-down before and after games at home for TxWes sports teams.
Manage spectator flow and social distancing at athletic venues.
Assist with setup and execution of workouts and other duties as assigned by Athletic Director and Coaching Staff.
Work various hours depending on team and season.
Assist in maintenance of athletic facilities including locker rooms, weight room, courts and fields.
