• Experience in high-volume, complex foodservice operations.

• Proficient with computer systems used in operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing cost controls and expenditures for the account.
• Plan and create menus.
• Produce and execute catering events.
• Roll out new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams.
• Foster strong client relationships to meet objectives.
• Support efficient dining service operations.
