Job summary

Magnolia Community Services seeks a Site Manager to oversee on-campus operations and group-home activities. You will coordinate staff, ensure safety, and liaise with case managers and nursing to maintain smooth programs.

The role requires two years in management or customer service, a Louisiana driver's license, and ability to pass background checks. Part-time hours include 7am–3pm, 3pm–11pm, and 11pm–7am shifts to cover 24/7 operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years in management, staffing, or customer service.
• Experience with developmentally disabled adults preferred.
• Current Louisiana Driver’s License required; satisfactory MVR.
• Attendance at mandatory training and in-services required.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel; scheduling software experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist program managers during shift changes and coordinate replacements.
• Record staff absences and adjust DSP staff assignments.
• Maintain client census logs and ensure accurate shift handoffs.
• Ensure safety procedures and lighting, gates, and alarms are functioning.
