Job summary

Community Bridges is seeking a Site Manager to oversee administrative and facilities operations at assigned locations. You will ensure the site remains compliant, safe, and well-maintained, while supervising maintenance, service, housekeeping, and kitchen staff.

You will coordinate with program leaders to support service delivery, manage vendor relationships, and ensure regulatory standards for health, sanitation, and fire inspections are met.

Qualifications

• Valid Arizona Driver’s License in good standing.
• Food Handlers Card or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Clear 39‑month MVR record and ability to present MVR report at interview.
• Level one fingerprint clearance card or ability to obtain.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2–3 years of experience in business administration, or similar education/experience.
• Knowledge of State and Federal Regulations related to Health, Sanitation and Fire Inspections.
• Supervisory experience required.
