Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with office and mailing equipment and related software.
• Ability to perform physical labor for full shifts and potentially longer.
• Strong attention to detail and professional communication.
• Ability to drive campus mail vehicle and forklift safely.
• Ability to follow policies, procedures and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Open the mail center, check voicemails, operate postage machine and run reports.
• Sort, deliver mail and prepare outgoing bulk mailings efficiently.
• Cross-train to support Campus Services and Grounds Maintenance.
• Deliver freight/mail on campus and handle damaged items appropriately.
• Maintain cost and department code records for mail items.
• Handle requests for mailing supplies and services.
• Load fixed assets and update College system records.
• Communicate safety concerns to supervisor as needed.
