Responsibilities

• Receive and check college deliveries
• Deliver mail to student boxes
• Enter parcel notices into the Notifi system
• Deliver and pickup mail and other materials at various locations across campus
• Wait on students and staff who come to the Mailroom/Copy Center/Shipping & Receiving Window
• Fill departmental supply orders
• Assist in binding, trifolding, and other operations of the Copy Center
• Cover the office in the absence of full-time staff
• Other duties as assigned.
