Job summary

University of Chicago is seeking a Campus Service Manager Operations to lead and oversee major outsourced service contracts across campus. You will coordinate with Facilities Services, vendors, and campus stakeholders to ensure contract compliance, financial accountability, and service excellence.

This role requires 7–10 years in facilities/operations management, strong vendor management and budgeting skills, and expertise in Oracle/Maximo.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 7–10 years of facilities/operations management experience.
• Experience managing large outsourced service contracts.
• Proficiency with Oracle and Maximo for contract and asset tracking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outsourced service contracts (custodial, elevator, pest control, waste/recycling, window washing).
• Develop and monitor SLAs, standards, scopes of work, and invoice reviews.
• Coordinate compliance with risk, legal, and regulatory bodies.
• Manage annual service budget surpassing $20 million; control costs and ensure accountability.
