• Associate degree preferred.

• Read contracts, blueprints, safety rules, and procedures.
• Strong planning, scheduling and budgeting skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manages contracted services including pest control, elevator maintenance, recycling and custodial work.
• Monitors contracts, enforces terms, and oversees SLA delivery.
• First-line management of exempt and union staff; schedules work and plans.
• Coordinates with clients, vendors, and Facilities Services staff.
• Responds to emergencies and works long or irregular hours if needed.
