Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Campus Shift Security Supervisor to lead South San Francisco campus operations, overseeing patrols, lobbies, FAT, and SOC activities. The role requires frontline people leadership, performance management, and compliance with client policies.

You will coordinate with SOC leadership, audit field performance, and guide dispatchers with clear, structured briefings while maintaining alertness for emergencies and safety protocols in a high-profile environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license if driving a company or customer-owned vehicle.
• Minimum of one (1) year of progressive supervisory proficiency in active performance monitoring, field auditing, personnel development, objective coaching, and prompt corrective action.
• Leadership capable of cultivating a high-performance environment and coaching staff to meet client goals.
• Experience with modern SOC frameworks and related surveillance/ access platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and ability to produce technical reports.

Responsibilities

• Supervise activities and provide direct personnel leadership across Patrol, Lobbies, Special Assignments, FAT, and SOC accountabilities.
• Conduct inspections and field audits to ensure proper equipment, training, and compliance with policies.
• Own performance management and corrective actions for Field Officers and SOC Dispatchers.
• Lead shift briefings, set expectations, and provide on-shift education.
• Manage delegation and coaching to meet performance targets.
• Coordinate with SOC leadership to maintain campus situational awareness and dispatch clarity.
• Allocate field resources and redirect personnel to high-value activities.
• Enforce accountability for property and equipment during shift changes.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies; serve as on-site Incident Commander as needed.
• Maintain readiness for FAT and emergency-response roles including SCBA protocols.
• Prepare accurate reports, logs, and incident documentation.
