Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Customer Service Patrol Driver in Castle Hayne, NC. You will monitor campus areas, patrol, and provide professional customer service while deterring incidents. Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical events, and other critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of campus buildings, parking areas, and other locations.
• Monitor access points and support visitor management per site requirements.
• Prepare clear reports and communicate with supervisors and campus representatives.
