Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of security-related experience.
• Valid driver’s license required per policy.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors by following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of campus buildings, parking areas and walkways.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly; document activities per procedures.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry points and reporting unauthorized access.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorized activity and support a welcoming environment.
