Job summary

Covenant Living Communities and Services is seeking a Security Guard to protect the campus, residents, staff, and vehicles. The role requires patrolling grounds, securing doors, and responding to emergencies during security shifts.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, two years in security, a valid license, and first aid certification. The position offers weekend rotation schedules and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High school education is required.
• Two years of security or related experience are preferred.
• Current state driver’s license and good driving record.
• First aid certification required.
• Ability to read and write in English and communicate with residents and staff.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow directions and work flexibly.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency call system and 911 as needed.
• patrol campus, secure doors and equipment, and monitor vehicle traffic.
• Prepare and distribute incident reports; log safety hazards.
• Provide non-emergency resident services as directed.
• Assist leadership with maintenance and housekeeping tasks during emergencies.
