Qualifications

• High school education.
• Two years experience in security or related work.
• Current state driver’s license and good driving record.
• First aid certification and emergency medical experience.
• Ability to read/write in English and communicate with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency call system and follow procedures.
• Check and secure all exterior doors in all buildings.
• Patrol campus buildings and grounds and monitor security equipment.
• Write and distribute incident reports; file maintenance requests in WorxHub.
• Monitor campus vehicle traffic and enforce traffic policies.
• Provide emergency and non-emergency resident services as needed.
