Job summary

Covenant Living Communities and Services is seeking a Security Guard to protect the campus, residents, and staff. The role involves patrolling, securing doors and equipment, and responding to emergencies on the campus during shifts.

The ideal candidate will have two years of security experience, a CA Security License, and first aid certification, with English communication skills to interact with residents and staff. Shift differential may apply, and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in security or related work.
• Current California Security License (for CA candidates).
• First aid certification and EMS experience.
• Ability to read and write English and communicate with residents.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency call system and notify on-call personnel as needed.
• In emergencies, call 911 and coordinate with responders.
• Patrol campus, secure doors and security equipment.
• Monitor vehicle traffic and enforce campus policies.
• Write incident reports and submit maintenance requests.
