The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma, two years of security experience, a valid driver’s license, and First Aid certification. English communication skills and a cooperative, service-oriented mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Two years of security or related work experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• First aid certification and EMS experience preferred.
• Ability to read and write English and communicate with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency call system and 911 as needed.
• Secure all exterior doors and patrol buildings and grounds.
• Monitor campus traffic and enforce safety policies.
• Write and distribute incident reports and maintenance requests.
• Assist leadership with emergency drills and residential safety services.
