Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 1 year of experience or associate degree with 3 years of experience in a customer service setting.
• High school diploma with 5 years of customer service experience acceptable.
• Prior experience in higher education and with advising technologies or CRMs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with scheduling appointments and navigating registration processes.
• Coordinate with Schools of Study and Academic/ Career Advisors to support student actions before/after advising.
• Document outreach and outcomes; generate regular reports.
• Possibly work non-traditional hours and at multiple campuses as needed.
