Job summary

The Counselor advises on the admissions process, interviews and counsels applicants, and participates in campus events and outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of admissions advising and outreach experience.
• Experience developing and disseminating informational material is preferred.
• Strong ability to advise prospective applicants on admissions processes and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive admissions and enrollment services to applicants.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and current students across multiple channels (in-person, phone, email, chat).
• Plan and deliver presentations to prospective students, parents, and community leaders.
• Conduct campus tours and participate in recruitment events.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and assist in recruitment goals.
