Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field plus 1 year relevant program experience.
• Associate degree plus 3 years work experience in customer service setting.
• High school diploma plus 5 years work experience in customer service setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with scheduling appointments and course registrations.
• Support students in updating programs of study and registering for courses.
• Coordinate in-person on-campus, Teams, and email support for advising.
• Maintain documentation and regular reporting of outreach and outcomes.
