Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of three years of experience in military, law enforcement, and/or safety management
• OSHA Certification
• In-state driver''s license
• Associate''s degree or related certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the Safety & Security Team and supervise department staff
• Oversee day-to-day security operations, inspections, and incident-prevention activities
• Investigate incidents, gather information, document findings, and track follow-up actions
• Manage OSHA compliance, safety reporting, and training programs
• Coordinate center-wide safety initiatives with leadership and other departments
