The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, a valid in-state driver’s license, and the ability to work day or overnight shifts. Prior Job Corps or related program experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent REQUIRED.
• In-state driver’s license preferred.
• Experience in safety, security, or related program is a plus.
• Demonstrates ability to operate in a dynamic campus environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain safety and security of campus, students, staff, and visitors.
• Conduct routine patrols and inspections of facilities and grounds.
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and safety concerns.
• Enforce center policies and procedures to promote a secure environment.
• Prepare accurate reports and documentation related to incidents and observations.
• Collaborate with staff and leadership to support a positive student experience.
