Job summary

Adams and Associates, Inc. seeks a dedicated safety and security professional to safeguard students and staff at the Center.

You will assist the Safety & Security Department to uphold a secure environment, investigate incidents, and enforce safety regulations across facilities and operations. The role requires adapting to emergencies, supervising student conduct, and ensuring visitor control and accountability in a dynamic educational setting.

Qualifications

• Follows integrity guidelines and ensures no manipulation of student data.
• Assists Safety & Security Department to maintain a safe Center environment.
• Investigates accidents/incidents and prepares required reports.
• Conducts routine safety inspections and identifies safety and security hazards.
• Enforces occupational safety and health regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Responds to emergency situations and requests.
• Responsible for Center security, visitor control and student accountability.
• Maintains the security and cleanliness of Center facilities and property.
• May provide residential, recreation and transportation assistance as required.
• Provides high-quality supervision and management for the student population.
