Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of campus safety, security or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to write clear, objective, timely reports.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams; able to operate radios and devices.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.
• Current CPR/AED and first aid certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of buildings, guest areas, parking, and grounds.
• Monitor alarms, access-control, cameras, radios; follow safety policies.
• Provide first aid/CPR/AED within training scope; contact responders as needed.
• Complete incident and shift documentation accurately and promptly.
• Assist with sign-in, directions, and guest/service procedures.
• Coordinate with Facilities, Housekeeping and other departments as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional presence during shifts.
