Kripalu Center For Yoga And Health in Stockbridge, MA is seeking a Night Auditor to manage after-hours inquiries by phone or email and assist the front desk and call center. You will balance revenue, run nightly audit procedures, and support guest and student experiences from pre-arrival to post-stay.

The role requires strong English communication, reliability, basic Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to lift 25 lbs. Evening hours and weekend work are required with a $18.25 hourly wage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and follow Nightly Audit procedures.
• Balance all revenue sources and complete daily financial reports.
• Perform closing and opening daily system functions.
• Adhere to Front Desk Policies and Procedures.
• Provide Front Desk services during nighttime hours.
• Answer guests’ questions about offerings and services.
• Assist guests onsite with questions or bookings for future services.
