Job summary

Phillips Academy is seeking a Campus Safety Dispatcher in Andover, MA to handle emergency and non-emergency calls, monitor alarm and access systems, and manage dispatch and badge processes. You will provide radio coordination and customer service while supporting safety operations on campus.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, 1 year of experience, and CPR certification readiness. A valid driver’s license and proficiency with security systems are also needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience is required.
• Willingness to obtain CPR certification is required.
• Must pass and maintain required certifications for alarm monitoring when required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn dispatch and alarm systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive emergency and non-emergency calls.
• Monitor alarm and access control systems and manage dispatch.
• Provide radio communication management and badge administration.
• Offer in-person customer service and clerical support for Campus Safety.
• Maintain accuracy and safety in critical tasks.
