Job summary

WILLIAM & MARY THS LLC in Williamsburg, VA seeks an Assistant General Manager for campus restaurant operations. The schedule follows the academic calendar with a roughly thirty-two-week operating season and a summer off-season.

Lead a high-volume operation, manage front- and back-of-house teams, ensure food safety, guest satisfaction, and financial performance, with opportunities to advance into GM and multi-unit leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience with increasing responsibility.
• At least 2 years leading supervisors or large hourly teams.
• Strong leadership and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to hospitality and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team: recruit, hire, train, coach, and retain a strong FOH/BOH team.
• Run the operation: oversee daily standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and inventory.
• Support the business: assist with labor, food cost, controllable expenses, and performance data.
• Drive the guest experience: uphold brand standards and resolve guest concerns.
