Responsibilities

• Operate the front desk of residence halls as the initial contact point.
• Maintain confidentiality of information.
• Verify identities of persons entering the residence hall.
• Uphold university policies and procedures.
• Write necessary reports using the Maxient system.
• Ensure guests sign in when entering the building.
• Support staff during fire alarm activations.
• Communicate with on-call staff about concerns or incidents.
• Input work orders for resident issues.
