Job summary

Galen College of Nursing seeks a Campus Registrar to plan, organize, and supervise Academic Records operations at a designated campus. You will ensure accurate student records, support students, faculty, and staff, and enforce College policies.

Youll provide reports on enrollment, attendance and grades, coordinate with Student Success, and assist with scheduling and materials. A Bachelor's in business and campus systems experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is required.
• Three years’ experience in college or academic setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of student systems and registration processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality student service and ensure confidential, accurate records.
• Supervise Academic Records staff and coordinate campus processes.
• Generate reports on enrollment, attendance, grades and placement.
• Assist with class and exam scheduling and campus-wide communications.
