You will work with Ellucian Colleague, Canvas, and Unitime systems, supporting enrollment, attendance, and progression while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of records.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred for the role.
• Two years’ experience in college or academic setting preferred.
• Familiarity with registration and student records procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff and faculty.
• Willingness to learn Ellucian Colleague, Canvas, Unitime, and policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality student service in registration and academic records.
• Verify enrollment requirements and background checks.
• Assist in processing readmission students and schedule adjustments.
• Notify students of status changes (probation, dismissals).
• Monitor compliance with immunizations and required documentation.
• Prepare reports on enrollment, attendance, grades and other data.
• Support Student Success with available resources.
