CNH Industrial is seeking a Campus Recruiting Program Manager to lead entry-level recruitment from colleges and universities. The role focuses on building relationships with institutions, managing events, and creating a diverse candidate pipeline.

The position is based in Racine, WI with a hybrid schedule requiring three days in-office and two days remote. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in recruiting or campus recruitment, with travel (20–30%) for on-campus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 3 or more years of experience in recruiting, campus recruitment, or talent acquisition.
• Willingness and ability to travel for on-campus events and recruitment activities (20-30%).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive campus recruiting strategy aligned with the company’s talent acquisition goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, career services departments, student organizations, and faculty members.
• Plan, coordinate, and attend on-campus recruitment events to promote the company’s brand.
• Identify, attract, and engage top talent from universities and colleges for internships, co-ops, and full-time positions.
• Implement strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates and ensure an inclusive recruitment process.
• Oversee the internship and early talent programs and provide a positive candidate experience.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for roles.
• Track and report key recruiting metrics to leadership.
