The position offers hybrid work options and requires travel up to 25% to campus events. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in campus recruiting, strong organizational skills, and adept use of recruiting platforms like Workday, Beamery, and Handshake.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience may be considered.
• 2+ years of campus recruiting or related talent acquisition experience.
• Ability to travel up to 25% to support campuses and events.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, career centers, student groups, hiring managers and interviewers.
• Collaborate with leaders to meet hiring goals through campus recruiting strategies.
• Attend and facilitate career fairs, virtual and on-campus events to build brand and attract talent.
• Support internship and staff programs by coordinating content, events and communications.
• Manage end-to-end candidate experience including scheduling, offers, and onboarding.
• Use data and trends to inform hiring decisions and measure program effectiveness.
• Maintain ongoing candidate communications and develop marketing content.
• Provide administrative support for recruiting programs as needed.
• Reliable transportation for campus travel; mileage reimbursed per firm policy.
