Job summary

Based in Southern California, you will collaborate with the NA campus recruiting team to innovate practices, oversee events, and monitor pipelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, with knowledge of professional services-based recruiting a strong plus.
• Excellent organizational capabilities; can coordinate multiple tasks to completion.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment; growth mindset and willingness to lead where priorities require it.
• Proficient in data-driven decision making based on facts and logical reasoning.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; ability to adapt style to audience.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end management of candidates through the recruiting process, including scheduling and letters.
• Build relationships with candidates and leaders to understand decision criteria and provide counsel.
• Manage high volume of applications; track data and update candidate management systems.
• Plan and execute campus events and manage recruiting budget and resources.
• Analyze recruiting results and propose improvements with data-informed recommendations.
