Job summary

Renewal by Andersen Metro & Midwest is seeking a Field/Campus Recruiter to grow our early talent pipelines across colleges and partner networks. You will lead internship and entry-level efforts, coordinate campus events, and drive recruiting strategies in assigned territories.

Responsibilities include relationship management with career services, scheduling interviews, and reporting on recruiting metrics. Travel within territory is required, with a hybrid on-site and field-based schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 2-5 years of recruiting, campus recruiting, sales, relationship management, or business development experience preferred.
• Experience building partnerships and engaging with schools, community organizations, or workforce programs strongly preferred.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Ability to travel regularly within assigned geographic territories.

Responsibilities

• Campus & Early Talent Recruiting: identify and prioritize colleges, universities, trade schools, and programs within territories.
• Build and maintain relationships with career services teams, faculty, and student organizations.
• Develop and execute representation opportunities at career fairs and events.
• Create scalable campus recruiting strategies for internships and entry-level hiring across markets.
• Partner with leaders to design internship and early talent experiences.
