Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group in Cambridge, MA seeks a Contract Recruiting Coordinator to support hiring managers and candidates through the process. The role is hybrid (2-3 days on site in Cambridge) for a 6+ month term.

You will coordinate interview schedules, manage candidate activity, and assist with onboarding, reporting in the ATS, and ad-hoc TA projects. Prior recruitment coordination experience is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruitment coordination experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Life sciences experience strongly preferred.
• Previous ATS experience.

Contract Recruiting Coordinator - Location: Hybrid in Cambridge, MA (onsite 2-3 days/week). A biotech client is looking for a contract Recruiting Coordinator with direct experience to join their team for 6+ months to support hiring managers and candidates throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruitment coordination experience in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in the life sciences strongly preferred
• Previous ATS experience
