Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking a Staffing Consultant in the Dedham, MA area to recruit, interview, and qualify candidates for temporary/contract roles with local companies. In this full-cycle role, you will source, interview, and place candidates, while coaching them from resume edits to interview tips and post-interview follow-up.

You’ll engage daily with candidates by phone, email, or in person, building relationships and a strong book of business.

Responsibilities

• Proactive cold calling to identify prospective candidates and build your pipeline.
• Identify candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Interview prospective candidates and prep them for client interviews.
• Review resumes, discuss client needs, and conduct mock interviews.
• Extend job offers and manage the offer process for candidates.
• Ensure candidates on assignment have everything they need and stay connected.
