This role emphasizes candidate experience and data-driven improvements. You will learn from mentors, contribute to employer branding, and support the Summer/Fall start-date process.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications or similar field.
• Strong interest in talent acquisition and building relationships.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with campus teams to plan and implement recruiting events and strategies.
• Build relationships with universities and student organizations to boost Cognizant’s visibility.
• Coordinate and support career fairs, interviews, and campus presentations.
• Manage communications with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to refine processes and improve outcomes.
• Contribute to projects that strengthen Cognizant’s employer brand.
