Deloitte is seeking an Associate, Talent Acquisition to support campus hiring efforts, coordinate recruiting activities, and improve the candidate experience across designated business areas. You will work closely with recruiters, business stakeholders, and Talent teams to align with hiring goals.

Preferred candidates have experience in campus recruiting or HR, can travel up to 20%, and are comfortable navigating recruiting systems and MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required for this role.
• 2+ years of experience in campus recruiting, university relations, talent acquisition, or human resources.
• Candidates must be located within a commutable distance to one of the select locations available for this role.
• Ability to travel 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries you serve.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate recruiting activities across campuses and events.
• Manage candidate processes and communications to ensure a smooth experience.
• Help execute the campus recruiting strategy across assigned business areas.
• Partner with recruiters, business stakeholders, and Talent teams to deliver campus hiring strategy.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines and relationships.
• Track and manage budget for recruiting activities and maintain documentation.
