Job summary

TriNet is seeking an Associate Campus Recruiter in Atlanta, GA to support full lifecycle emerging talent and full-time hiring across functions. You will source, assess, and hire talent while partnering with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and HR Business Partners to build strong recruiting fundamentals.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 5+ years in recruitment or HR, and a proven ability to manage multiple requisitions with a candidate-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years Professional experience in recruitment or human resources preferred.
• 2–4 years of recruiting experience, either in-house or with an agency.
• Demonstrated strength in sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
• Exposure to full lifecycle recruiting across multiple role types and functions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruiting activities including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding support.
• Execute proactive sourcing strategies leveraging Campus relationships and events, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach to build talent pipelines.
• Develop and maintain passive candidate pipelines across multiple job families and functional areas.
• Conduct resume reviews and initial candidate screens to assess skills, experience, and alignment with role requirements.
• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to ensure timely communication, feedback loops, and positive candidate experiences.
• Draft and deliver compelling outreach messaging to engage prospective candidates.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools to manage requisitions, candidate workflows, and reporting.
• Track recruiting activity and key metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and source effectiveness.
• Support compliance with hiring policies, employment laws, and inclusive hiring practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to recruiting processes, tools, and candidate experience.
• Represent TriNet’s employment brand through professional, consistent candidate interactions.
