Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in professional services.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to build relationships across teams and levels.
• Proficient in data-driven decision making for recruiting.
• Excellent English communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruiting for full-time and summer roles in Southern California.
• Manage candidate workflow: scheduling, inquiries, offers, onboarding.
• Coordinate campus events, interviews, and assessments with partners and offices.
• Maintain candidate data accuracy and reporting to leaders.
• Plan and execute cultivation and onboarding strategies to attract top talent.
• Support NA campus recruiting team with process improvements and projects.
