Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in university/early-career recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to campuses and events as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement campus recruitment strategies.
• Build partnerships with career services, faculty and student groups.
• Plan and execute campus events and on‑campus interviews.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for internships and early-career roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on job postings and materials.
• Track recruiting metrics to inform strategy and improve processes.
• Represent the brand and champion DEI in recruitment.
