Total Quality Logistics is seeking an entry-level Recruiter to join our in-office team in Orlando. You will own the candidate search process, work with an on-site hiring manager, and drive results through our paid training program designed for recent graduates.

Base salary starts at $45,000 with a $2,500 sign-on bonus and uncapped bonuses. First-year average earnings place around $65,517, with clear career paths and promotions on a structured timeline.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships and maintain strong communication with candidates, hiring managers and partners to fill positions
• Generate high-volume candidate flow using diverse sourcing methods
• Conduct phone screens and manage interview process from sourcing to offer
• Document conversations, progress, offers and feedback in Avature
• Process onboarding paperwork with accuracy
