Job summary

Akraya is seeking a recruiter to drive full-cycle recruitment in Dayton, OH. You will source and engage a high volume of qualified candidates while optimizing strategies and ensuring a smooth candidate journey.

You will track progress, maintain confidentiality, and build strong relationships with candidates and hires in a fast-paced, on-site environment. 3-month contract, W2, $30–$32 per hour.
