George Washington University is seeking a Senior Member Service Coordinator for Campus Recreation at the Foggy Bottom campus in Washington, DC. The role reports to the Student Development Manager and focuses on all facets of membership, revenue, and front desk operations.

The position requires a 4-year degree (or higher) with 2+ years of experience, CPR/AED/First Aid and DC Certified Pool Operator within 90 days. Hours are Monday–Friday with occasional evenings and weekends.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field with required certifications or equivalent experience.
• CPR/AED/First Aid within 90 days of hire; DC Certified Pool Operator.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to supervise staff and manage operations.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and monitor membership sales, locker rentals, and front desk access control.
• Develop marketing and revenue strategies to improve program participation and facility revenue.
• Oversee business operations software including CRM, access control, registrations, and payments.
